Haverhill Staging announced today it has signed an advertising agreement with HGTV to promote "Stagers Studio", a new promotional vehicle designed to help home-sellers and Realtors sell their homes quickly. 

The vignette, which will be promoted during HGTV's Sunday morning line-up of home-selling shows like "Designed to Sell" and "Get it Sold", will feature homes that have been staged by one of Haverhill's professional Home Stagers.

"Images that display the home after it's been staged will be accompanied with the Realtors contact details and shown to thousands of potential home-buyers across America.

"This is truly a unique and powerful vehicle for home-sellers. The audience numbers are staggering, and what better way to showcase your home than to parade it on national television after it's been staged. There's never really been anything like it before", said Danielle Rodriguez, Haverhill's General Manager.

"A Haverhill Stager will work with your existing possessions and transform your living space into a model home in less than half a day. The cost to the home owner or their Realtor is less than $300 and the TV exposure is free. There's no better value anywhere in America, especially since most other stagers charge around $250 just for a consultation.

"Any Realtor that has their listing featured on Stagers Studio will have their phone ring off the hook," insists Rodriguez. If we can't help the agent sell your home, nobody can."

The only drawback is that availability will be tight and the Company will need to choose candidates carefully.

"We can tell you up front before we stage your home if it will be selected for inclusion on Stagers Studio." 

Stagers Studio is expected to launch in time for the spring selling season and will be produced by Magnolia Stone Productions.
