Haverhill Home Staging

Haverhill's 3-Step Stager Training Course has been developed by industry leading experts to provide you with up-to-date knowledge and know-how. Haverhill's course is conveniently divided into 3 individual segments that can be completed over the duration of up to 3 months total, depending how soon you wish to complete your training.

Segment 1 – Home Study (At your own pace)

Upon enrollment, you'll start with the Haverhill Home Study Guide and 7-lesson progressive knowledge exercise books. You’ll learn about the fundamentals of home staging at your own pace and can access Haverhill's Student Resource Center throughout the duration of your training to provide you with the necessary tools and information you'll need to complete your assignments.

Segment 2 – Tele-Class Instruction (Approx 90 minutes)

You will receive expert instruction from a curriculum of staging techniques and marketing advice relating to setting up your own home-based business, refined by time-tested practice. Haverhill's tele-class is led by a certified instructor and is available 3 times a month from anywhere in North America by calling our Tele-class Conference Center.

Tele-classes are intimate and interactive group sessions supported by visual instruction boards in the Student Resouce Center.

Ask questions from the comfort of your home or participate on the side-lines while you listen in and learn about the resources that will help advance your career as a Professional Home Stager.

• De-cluttering, depersonalizing
• Furniture rearrangement / furniture layouts
• Removing non-essential items
• Spaciousness and light
• How to create an impression of openness and comfort
• Wall treatments and flooring

• Fixtures and finishes
• How to remove or downplay the presence of religious items, personal photos, awards, and cultural items
• Updating old or unattractive fixtures
• Providing Home Evaluations / recommendations
• Neighborhood awareness campaigns
• Marketing & Sales pointers
• And more!

Segment 3 – Test

Write your open-book test anytime within 30 days following completion of your tele-class. The test is available in the Student Resource Center and is comprised of appoximately 50 different multiple choice style questions. The test duration is 2 hours and can be written from the comfort of your home.
